Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations: More than 48 hours before session: Full flexibility to cancel or reschedule your session at no extra charge. 48 to 24 hours before session: Cancellations receive a 100% full refund. 12 to 24 hours before session: Cancellations receive a 50% deposit refund (or 50% refund of the total booking price). Less than 12 hours before session: Bookings are non-refundable. Late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled as materials and staffing are prepared in advance. For cancellations less than 48 hours, please contact us immediately.
